We are excited to present several new workshops starting in January 2020!
Workshops will be tailored to educating you on a variety of wellness subjects including how to stay fit for life, sport specific fitness for your youth, how to integrate a regular exercise program into your life and your unique activities, and how to set goals that truly align with your values so you can meet them! This is also a great opportunity to meet and learn more about our fantastic MLF trainers.
Jackie Wright, Owner and Trainer at MLF will be presenting the workshop on Fitness for Life on Saturday January 18, 2020 at 10:30AM. Topics will include tips on how to create habits that become a way of life and that create lifelong wellness.
Gretta Fosha Trainer at MLF will be presenting a workshop on Sport Specific Fitness for Youth. You are encouraged to bring your youth and learn how to augment the training they receive in their specific sport with fitness tools they can use in the gym or off the playing field, ice, snow or court! Stay tuned as the date is to be determined.
Mackenzie Brenneman, Trainer at MLF will be presenting a workshop on how to Integrate a Regular Exercise Program into Your Life and Your Unique Activities on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 10:30AM. She will present ways to align your workout with your specific activities and offer some activity specific exercises.
Carin Aichele, Personal Training Director and Coach at MLF will be presenting a workshop to support you in Setting Goals That You Truly Align with on Saturday, February 29, 2020. She will take you through the process of identifying your goal, getting laser clear about what the goal means to you, and then how to motivate yourself to reach the goal.
