Olympic Weightlifting Program

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00AM
$240 Per Person
Olympic lifting movements, although often completed using heavy loads in a competition setting are applicable to almost every style of weightlifting regardless of one’s fitness level or experience.
During this 4 week program we will cover the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting, including how to safely and effectively perform the following lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Clean & Jerk, and Snatch
From the novice athlete to the advanced weightlifter, everyone can benefit from this program!
