It's time to join Grand County's #1 Health and Fitness Club!



Our current business status, based upon the current public health order, is to offer personal training and small group training services to our current members and clients only with no more than four to seven members/clients per session and no more than ten people in the club at one time including staff and trainers.

To that end, we are taking appointments for personal training, small group training classes (max seven people) as well as training on the fitness floor (max four to five people).  If you are a current member (inclusive of an active punch card, seasonal or annual member of any type) you are eligible for use of either the fitness floor or small group training program on an appointment basis.  Your current membership fees pay for this access until we are able to offer our regular operation hours and services.

We regret that we are unable to accept any drop-in visitors, or new punch cards purchases at this time, however, if you would like to leave us your name and contact information, we will contact you immediately when we are able to offer our regular operation hours and services.

Current Operating Hours for members/clients for scheduled appointments are:

Monday: 5:30AM-8:15PM

Tuesday: 5:30AM- 8:15PM

Wednesday: 5:30AM-8:15PM

Thursday: 5:30AM- 8:15PM

Friday: 5:30AM – 7:15PM

Saturday: 8:00AM-12:00PM

Sunday: CLOSED

Step Challenge

As we did last year, albeit a little later this year, we are beginning our Step Challenge 2020 on Monday, June 8th – Sunday, July 5th! We are challenging our members to keep track of the steps you take daily and then at the end of the month calculate your total steps for the month (i.e. the recommendation currently is a minimum of 13,000 steps/day).

The individual that, on the honor system, has accumulated the most steps during the month of June 8th- July 5th will win an 8-package of personal training which has a value of $520.00!  This is an incredible opportunity to train with one of our amazing certified trainers for eight full hour sessions and all because you won this fun step challenge!

Anyone can track steps, so this is a challenge every one of you may participate in and succeed!

All you need to do is track your steps via your pedometer or FitBit (or another device) and then send me just the one-month total on July 6th, 2020.  Then, I will compile the results and announce a winner!

So, get stepping!

8-week Winter Training for Cyclists Program

Starting Saturday, April 4, 2020 we will journey from one-hour rides to two-hour rides in the final two weeks, test for thresholds one and two twice, utilize rides via Cycling Fusions videos of their elite riders throughout the world and every week will be unique to challenge you throughout.

This program is $80.00 for the 8-weeks, paid for up front, and you may register for any part of or all of the program, although we always recommend participation throughout the program to ensure the best results.

Registration is available at the reception desk.

  • This special program takes the place of our normal 9:15AM Cycle/Abs class which will resume May 30th.
