It's time to join Grand County's #1 Health and Fitness Club!


Our current business status, based upon the current public health order, is to offer personal training and small group training services to our current members and clients only with no more than four to seven members/clients per session and no more than ten people in the club at one time including staff and trainers.

To that end, we are taking appointments for personal training, small group training classes (max seven people) as well as training on the fitness floor (max four to five people).  If you are a current member (inclusive of an active punch card, seasonal or annual member of any type) you are eligible for use of either the fitness floor or small group training program on an appointment basis.  Your current membership fees pay for this access until we are able to offer our regular operation hours and services.

We regret that we are unable to accept any drop-in visitors, or new punch cards purchases at this time, however, if you would like to leave us your name and contact information, we will contact you immediately when we are able to offer our regular operation hours and services.

Current Operating Hours for members/clients for scheduled appointments are:

Monday thru Thursday: 5:30AM - 8:15PM

Friday: 5:30AM - 7:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM - 12:00PM (by appointment)

Sunday: CLOSED

Special Events & Classes - April & May 2021

April 17 – May 8 – Eight Week Winter Training Program

Winter Training Program for Cyclists begins Saturday April 17th – Saturday, May 8th.  If you have been regularly riding the 9:15AM Cycle/Abs on Saturdays, you should be fine to register for this program.  We begin with a one hour ride, similar to our regular Saturday rides and then progress to 75’, 90’ and 120’ rides over the following three weeks.  We usually say that if you are able to ride successfully for one hour, you can ride for two!  We will also utilize amazing video cycling journeys produced by Cycling Fusion, from all over the world.  Gretta or Jackie will be coaching the rides and use our own music, but the visuals add a fun and realistic element to the program.

Saturday, May 1 – Sunrise Summit of Mt. Bierstadt

Nate will be guiding a Sunrise Summit of Mt. Bierstadt. This is a great trek for just about anyone who would like to hike a fourteener!  Nate has guided several groups on this specific trek—therefore, his knowledge and experience provides you with a challenging yet fun excursion!  Request more information at the reception desk; however, know that this is a sunrise trek, therefore, you will be at the base at 1AM to ensure you reach the summit to view the spectacular sunrise!  Please contact the club and ask for Nate at 970-887-1122 for details.  A registration sheet is already available at the reception desk.

Monday, May 3 – Youth Sports Performance Group Training Program

Beginning Mondays from 4:30-5:30PM on May 3rd – May 24th, 2021, we are excited to announce the launch of our Youth Sports Performance Group Training Program!  Gretta, who is a certified youth sports conditioning coach will be coaching this program.  Athletes from 12-14 years of age are welcome to register for this program which will concentrate on mobility, stability, power, speed and conditioning to improve the athlete’s performance for their sport.  They will be challenged and work hard but have fun in the process—and, most of all, get results!  The cost is $60.00 for the four sessions which provides a wonderful opportunity for all who participate.   If you have questions, please contact me directly at

Saturday, May 8 – Sweat, Shop & Shake Event

Our “In” Gear Shop is going great guns and we have new gear in the shop weekly.  We just purchased more gear which should drop this week—check it out!  And, with that said, we will be hosting a “Sweat, Shop and Shake” event here on Saturday the 8th of May from 9-11:30AM!  It should be a blast!  Come in, workout, shop at our In Gear shop and then enjoy a complimentary shake from The Blend!  Since you are already presumed to be here working out, you do not have to register separately for this event—just come in, and enjoy!
